2020 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival - Has Now Ended.

I don't know what menus you are looking at but on the WDW site they have seafood at Citrus Blossom, Africa, Hops&Barley, Japan, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Fisherman's Pie,-I may have missed one or two. and they have the nitro pops.

I am of the opinion that a "taste of Epcot International Food & Wine" is better than none. I am not going to complain about what they don't have and I look forward to enjoying everything there. I personally look forward to hummus fries, filet, and so much more. Hey and it is starting in JULY !!! So, it is lasting longer-well, hopefully it will still be going on in September when we go.

I'm with you. I was not expecting even these food booths this year. Of course there are things that I would have liked to see, but there are several dishes that I want to eat. Frankly, I am just happy to BE at WDW at all. I could just walk around the parks and not go on any rides and I would be happy.

If you check out the new section they put on the MDE app, you’ll see all of the menus and maps for each booth... four of them will be located in the events center between the U.K. and Canada pavilions!
Okay clearly I’m doing something wrong... I see menus but how do you access the maps?

I am super excited about this festival. Usually do Flower & Garden every year, so this makes up for it. Going end of October and can’t wait!

They need a food booth that sells the soups from Boma, especially since it is closed. I would pay a small fortune for a bowl of the oxtail stew over rice. 😋

I’m watching a livestream from the cast preview at Epcot today. Some booths are open. There are social distance reminders in the kiosk queues leading up to the register but not a ton. At least right now there don’t seem to be any reminders at the pickup window but maybe they plan to hold you at the register until your order is ready. Will see... this YouTuber hasn’t ordered anything yet.

Editing to add ... the World Showplace set-up looks great. Kinda like Party for the Senses for those who have been. There’s a stage (not sure what for) and 4-5 food stations set up (with registers that obviously aren’t at PFTS). The the rest of the very large (and air conditioned) space is filled with appropriately spaced tables - both standing and some with chairs.

Also noticing on the livestream that there are two sizes of beer 6 oz for $4.75 and 12 oz for $8.25 at the booths. That will be a change from past years. I think that's what I saw, it was a quick glimpse.

DFB has reviews of the Mac & cheese booth, the funnel cake, and the Mexico booth. That funnel cake looks SO good. Top of the list for us this year.

Can anyone tell me if strollers are aloud into the event center with the booths? Hoping it's not a "the land" situation

My spreadsheet for 2020 is now ready! Surprisingly, very few price changes, however average food price is up to $6.09 from $5.67 in 2019. Seems like a lot of cheaper items were eliminated. I tried to note the last year available / price for the festival favorites at Wine & Dine, along with items that were carried over from F&G. I've also included the new 12 oz size for beers.

Might need someone to overnight me all 4 dishes at the Mac & Cheese booth.

i definitely saw at least one stroller in World ShowPlace during the livestream I watched yesterday. There are 4 booths in there. One thing for everyone to keep in mind, they are (or at least were yesterday) carefully monitoring occupancy and using a virtual queue system to coordinate later returns when “full.”

Thanks for sharing the doc. Good to have an idea of pricing before we go!

we liked having that lanyard
I remember looking at that before I went and crunching the numbers. At least for me, it didn't make $ sense and the best option was to simply purchase a F&W gift card wristlet. YMMV but that was my experience. I also watched some guests at F&W try to work out the best way to use the lanyard and they became frustrated very quickly.

It would be great if we could reload our gift cards online given that touchless payment is preferred. We use the wristlet as well and being able to load that before we left home would make it a lot easier. We find money flies at Food and Wine.
