What is your opinion on the United Kingdom?

I did this as part of my stretching routine before baseball practice:

Of course I was 19 at the time, so....

Just learned that I can no longer do 8 days of rope drop to goodnight kiss without a down day in the middle. We planned Disney Springs for our down day but ended up taking multiple naps and didn't make it there until dinnertime. Sigh. Can't do Space Mountain anymore either because my husband can't push me up that ramp in a wheelchair and I certainly can't walk it--haven't been able to for years. If the Zombie Apocalypse comes I am just going to let them get me so others can escape--can't run, can't even walk, and when the pain pump goes dry the beeping will attract them all anyway.

Eat as much as I used to. At 63 in the last few years I have come to appreciate the senior sized portions in restaurants, and even then I have something to bring home.

Play tennis. Rollerblade. Run. My knees just can’t handle it anymore.

I still enjoy SOME roller coasters, but not those with loops and inversions. 2020 was probably the first year I didn’t ride a coaster since about age 8.

While I know I don't quite have the stamina or speed I once did, but my body is in remarkably decent condition for my age. No serious pain or ailments. I've looked up what many of my contemporaries have looked like after a few decades and while I'm not cut, I'm not fat.

That being said, I used to be able to perform a pretty good Donald Duck impersonation. For some reason I just can't manage it any more.

Sit cross-legged on the floor, then bounce up and run to the phone to catch it on the first ring. Maybe I should just stop at 'sit cross-legged on the floor'.

Also - read a book without glasses. I can see far just fine, but that up close stuff... not happening without a little help.

Roller skate. We used to go to the roller rink in Glendora, NJ every few months and I would zip around like it was nothing. Same thing for street skating in the neighborhood. A couple of years ago we went to one of my younger cousins' birthday parties at a rink and I rented skates. Well. Not only could I not skate anymore, I had to hold on to the handrail and pull myself gingerly around to the first exit where I could get out and take the skates off.

I have arthritis now in my back, and I think it's also in my knees and my shoulders. I have Plantar Fasciitis. I have Gatstritis. I'm 53 as of today, and my body is starting to fail me. Ugh. I have WDW coming up in December and I know as much as I'm going to have lots of fun, it's going to be a slog as well.

carry 80 pounds in my backpack on the pacific crest trail....I can still slam dunk the basketball ....thanks to the fischer Price yard nets on those hollow plastic hoops!!!

Eat a No. 1 Sonic cheeseburger with jalapeños, a large order of onion rings, and a large cherry Dr. Pepper. My stomach hurts just thinking about it now, but at 19, dang that was good.

Even at my age I could probably do that. But I would stay away from eating anything else for a while and prepare for it by eating light in the morning.

When I was working in the Sacramento area I'd head to this tribal casino at night for their $9.95 M-Th dinner buffet. And I would eat light during the day. I went back there a few times and mentioned this to someone, and I was told that quite a few people in the office did that. I'd go for seconds on whatever meat (usually tri-tip on weekdays) they had, some salad, and dessert. Doesn't compare to the times I had a Thanksgiving buffet and tried to justify paying $35-50. That followed by Black Friday shopping.

Come to think of it - I can't do Black Friday shopping any more. I did that a few times staying up until morning where I was in a haze driving home. Another year I found a hotel room near an outlet mall and just walked there. My body would just shut down now at about 3 AM.

I can't sit on the floor/ground without help getting back up. I can't throw with my right arm from an auto accident that damaged my right shoulder.
