Always boggles my mind how people can do something dumb, of their own accord, and get mad at others because they're stupid. Hey, sorry you're mad, dude. Maybe take it up with your parents. You got your genes from them.

I did that once.

Had a pre paid gas card.
Tried at the pump several times.
Finally went inside in a huff and handed it to the cashier and said "I'm not sure what good having a reader at the pump is if it won't work"
Handed her the card.
Um, sorry sir, that's not for this station. (Different brand)

I felt like a moron and apologized profusely. Sure she had a good laugh at me and I deserved it.

Morning, Gents! Another day at pediatrics yesterday, except I wasn't checking people in/out at the usual window, so I didn't have to deal with annoying people....so I had a really good day. I'm at a primary care office today so I'll be leaving early today. This is a busy office so I'm hoping that today will fly by quickly. Outside that? After saying what I did about supporting authors, I am well aware that Stephen King doesn't need a lot of help at this point.

Arrive there Fri morning.
Next Sat will be my first full day in country.
