What are you booking next week?

We are sitting out 2024 only because we have 3 cruises totaling 30 days this year!!! We are looking at one of the Europe cruises in early September for 2025. Happy to see that the price still looks “reasonable”. Fingers crossed they stay that way.

We were very torn between 3 options but I just sent off to my TA to change our placeholder to the August 12, 5 night Magic, with both LHP and CC. I would rather the Fantasy out of PT Canaveral (either a regular 7 night or the 5 night DD) but I really liked the idea of both islands.

We will be trying for this one in the morning as well!

I am platinum, so I can book in a few hours. 5 am here from California, and i can't sleep. It is going to be a long day.

I will book a 3&4 night B2B in September because the prices are the least expensive. Plus, I want to have LP twice, especially if there are weather or hurricane issues. Hopefully, there won't be, but if there are, fingers crossed for at least one visit. So far, so good. I made all of my cruises in September so far but twice got stuck in WDW during hurricanes and shutdowns of the parks and airports.

I hope the virtual queue doesn’t kick in this morning. Glad I use a TA. Doctors appt this morning.

I don't think I am booking anything. I would like to cruise next summer also (doing the 10 night southern this July) but there have been soooo many military discounts for this year I might as well wait and book when a discount is out for a cruise I am interested in. I know a discount is never guaranteed, but I feel confident many will be available next year also. The military discount for the 10 day southern is $5000 less than what I booked last year on opening day. I'll wait.
I booked the 10 night for this summer when it went gty in January and saved $3k per cabin. But I’m booking today, if it drops later and I can rebook I will because with both lighthouse and castaway, plus cruising out of port canaveral, I can’t be sure this cruise will get any great discounts next year.

Like n2mm and anjuan, going for the 10-Night Southern Caribbean Cruise from Port Canaveral.
Best of luck to all!!!
Wow, I knew they were busy. Just saw my TA was successful, but ended up with my 3rd choice room. I gave her 10 choices. That was exactly at opening for platinum. A little bummed that I didn’t get my first choice, but glad I got in. 10 night July. Haven’t seen the price yet. 🤦‍♀️

Was able to get a 5B non-connecting room on deck 8 which was my goal!

lol, I was like "wait a minute, I just read this on the FB page for the Fantasy 4/29 cruise."

Makes sense because the disboards are a wealth of knowledge.

Emmabelle was my cat that died 13 years ago. ;)

I see inside rooms and concierge are already gone on the inaugural cruise, and the rates are up $1k over yesterday. Is that least expensive inventory being booked, or does Disney adjust prices real time?

I haven’t gotten confirmation from my TA yet that we have a stateroom. She did pull a room, but there was some issue linking to my account at Disney and I’m hoping that’s just an admin thing they can figure out. Fingers crossed we are on it!

Good luck to everyone!!!

It usually means the lower categories are gone.

Not booking anything for 2024. We have 3 cruises this year: 7 night DCL Alaska, 11 night Celebrity Italy/Turkey/Greece, and 4 night DCL Wish xmas cruise. Plus, our son graduates from high school next year. Not sure if we will be doing DCL again or not.

We are booking the 29th for September 24. Looking at 4 nights Wish(CC) or Magic(LP). I love new things(new rooms, new technology, etc.) so the Wish stands out, but its been slammed so many times over and over it makes me nervous. We are a family of 4 with kids 7+9(at time of sailing). Some of the Wish' biggest complaints seem to come from the adults only area and Senses, which are not of much interest to us. We've done the Dream twice, which we love but ready for some new. Will the Magic feel too "old"? And with the Magic we get the new private island so theres that.
