Yes, often available, but only the original flavor, not the black cherry flavor. I don't taste any artifical sweetner, but I mix it with vodka - so there is that.....Do they still sell Fresca in the US? I thought it was only outside the US. I think I have seen it in Europe or South America. Haven't had Fresca since I was a kid. Can't get rid of that artificial sweetener taste in my mouth

Rise is VQ only? We did the HS AH twice last year, and Rise was a stand-by and was walk-on both times we did it. I wonder why they chose VQ this year, especially with its issues. When you get the VQ, you kind of feel entitled to the ride or given compensation if it’s down. Stand-by is disappointment but doesn’t feel guaranteed. (Although Rise is def not worth it to us, so no real skin off my nose. Just curious.)
At least a virtual queue is better than paying the ILL price and seeing almost half or more of the effects not working.
LOL really half the effects or more not working? I just must be incredibly lucky, as every time I ride RISE I get all the effects Kylo's light sabers, cannon guns blasting... one of my favorite rides.... still love seeing those storm troopers. My last time was 10/27, rode it twice, once with ILL. Must have been super extra lucky... no ride closures on any of my days, nor any issues with Genie.
I've been on it a few times where the lasers and both Kylos are in B mode. Also I haven't seen those cannons work since I rode it for the first time. This is WDW, unsure about Disneyland.
Yeah those cannons are the Yeti of Rise. Stopped moving less than two years after it opened.
I saw them in September 2021, so it must've stopped shortly after that. I doubt they'll ever be fixed. Was nice while it lasted; the effect was super cool.
WDW, I guess I am just lucky, or I have never seen the cannons move, does not matter at least in my experience Rise has always been solid entertainment. Been on it at least 10 times, and I think only once do I remember the light saber not coming through the ceiling. Knock on wood, for all the time I have spent at WDW I have not had issues with rides that stick out at me. That joy for me is reserved for Universal.
Oh yeah I don't give Universal a pass either. The Jurassic Park River Adventure is on life support.
