Aside from Parks, where can I have Customer Service review old tickets

Hi. Going down for a few days to chill. Want to bring along some "old" tix with no expiration. Just want to have them checked to see how many days are left.

Don't want to do it at the Parks. Where else can I do it? Do certain hotels have the ability? I don't want to go to Guest Relations at the parks......

I did it at Disney Springs in December. Unfortunately, I brought an old room key instead of an old ticket. I then asked if I could do it from home (since it affects my ability to make FP reservations), and the CM gave me a business card with guest services email address on it. I haven't tried by email yet.
 


If you put them in the MDE app it will tell you how many major park days are left, but not necessarily how many water park days. You don't have to link them to a person if you don't want to. Of course if they are really old this may not work.
 
TIP: If your email has gone through, you will receive a canned auto response from them within minutes. Do NOT attempt to send more than 1 ticket (both sides) and a receipt in each email. Send multiple emails and label them with your name, trip date and 1 of 4, etc in the SUBJECT line. I learned the hard way that my emails that appeared to go through, actually did not.

This will only work if the tickets are from after a certain date. I found some from 2005 I have to take to a physical location.
