Funny, we stayed at POP in December and were not offered this. I didn't even think to ask either until part way through the trip. Yet we were offered at CB and POR in the last year or so. I hope we are offered it this coming trip to POFQ, hey it's a meal!

Personally, I would FP FOP and hit EE first, then Dinosaur at RP. You could then grab your other two FPs for Safari and maybe EE if you wanted to ride it again. Don't forget most people will be heading to Pandora at RD so doing the opposite should result in minimal wait times.

I vote for Teppan Edo. My kids at that age, heck even now that they are older, get a real kick out of the hibachi experience. If you don't have one close to home that you go to, I would recommend this as it's fun to watch the chef prepare your food in front of you plus they usually do some fun...

Chicken guy is an absolute gem! Such great food at very good prices. We liked the old DTD better as well, but walking around DS at Christmas was nice. it was pretty with the lights. I wouldn't go out of my way or change plans to go though.

Re: Original question. In Epcot, you can skip making the car on Test Track if you go in the single rider line. At least this is what happened to me the last time I was there, not sure if that is normal.

I would never take the chance of not having this letter with me, even when I cross border shop with my kids. However, some of my friends do it all the time with no issues. Don't get it. I would hate to get all the way there and be told to turn around for the sake of a quick consent letter.
