We’re a family of five and trying to decide if we want to upgrade to club for our stay in May. Is food basically out at all times and is it okay to grab stuff and take it back to your room or to the parks with us?

Last year’s HS AH had roaming character meets. My daughter got “taken” by Chewie to meet Rey and a stern talking to for dressing like Darth Vader. I wonder if they’ll do more roaming or none at all. And no mention of the cool light up saber shots either.

Multiple people on this thread have been able to purchase genie+ and ILL with just an AH ticket.

I think we will start seeing the AH being seasonal January - July events now and parties being the other offering August - December

We had a 30 minute buffer and everything was up and running during that time and people with wristbands were being let in

I got Guardians VQ twice both times after 2pm. One day, the VQ was open until 5pm. The afternoon VQ is (in my experience) very easy to get. The EEH queue was gone in less than five minutes (I forgot to check until 6:05 and they were all gone) Obviously free deluxe hours are great - yay for...

We went to the deluxe hours at Epcot and granted it was two hours vs three but didn’t find it to be very good. Also, the afternoon drops for Guardians are so easy to get

The rides were still open. So you could have gotten in line with a band on. It’s just because the wait times weren’t posted on the app it was hard to know what to chose. We opted to eat at Woody’s during that time period. Probably not a good choice but our dinner plans got side tracked because...

Same here! We got a Guardians group in the second drop so waiting to get called for that and then heading to HS. This weather needs to get better quickly!

My guess is that other parks will have AH during party season but not MK. I hope they go back to offering it at AK which I think was one of the original AH offerings way back when. Since AH doesn’t require them to close the park early like a party does I don’t see why they wouldn’t keep...

I’m putting this here because I think it would be useful to people doing HS AH in judging actual wait times. Does anyone know if there’s a visual point for SDD where if you see people past X point, the line will be this long? (I hope that makes sense)

No. Regular park hours. After May 6 MK is back to closing at 10.
