I have a 7:45pm reservation for dinner at Spice Road Table. Is 7:45pm too early to be able to secure a table and stay through the 9pm fireworks?

I called 407-WDW-PLAY twice (different options) trying to book an IllumiNations Cruise for next month. First CM would only say it is not offered. The 2nd CM said the system was still showing it there but zero availability for the remainder of the year. Anyone hear rumor of it being discontinued?

I am interested in going to the Star Wars Galactic Spectacular, but am concerned about the crowds after. I was looking at going to this on a night that Epcot has Evening EMH, so would like to know if it would be possible to get out of the park quickly immediately after.
