Hmmm ... guest those summer cocktails and melted snow drinks are really really good, oh and the ride.

IllumiNations Sparkling Dessert is $49 for adults and $29 for children tax and gratuity included.

Frozen Ever After Dessert is $79 per adult and $47 per child tax and gratuity included.

Guess the cm I spoke to was right. Still no word on the blog.

I know...I was hoping for the $49 party, but this is our first (and maybe only) mother-daughter trip, and she loves IllumiNations. I'll do the extra $60 this time. It's even a worse deal for me, since I don't drink alcohol.

Does It state exactly where the viewing area is? Don't want the bad view like the tomorrowland terrace offers

A Sweet Finale
End your magical day with delectable desserts, VIP fireworks seating and some Frozen fun.

Event Highlights
The celebration begins at World Showcase Plaza East, an exclusive setting for Guests of the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party. Here, you can enjoy sweet treats, specialty beverages and prime seating along World Showcase Lagoon—with clear views of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, the nighttime fireworks spectacular at Epcot.

The bountiful dessert buffet features sweet and savory options, which may include:

  • Olaf’s warm double-chocolate s’mores pudding cake
  • Elsa’s warm cottage pudding with salted caramel glaze
  • Hand-dipped vanilla bean ice cream
  • Wandering Oaken’s éclairons
  • Hans’ key lime tarts with red glitter glaze
  • Living Rock crispy bonbons
  • Anna’s blue velvet cupcakes
  • Kristoff’s no-sugar-added lemon curd with blueberry
  • Sven’s fresh fruits and berries
  • Grand Pabbie’s winter-spiced snack mix
  • Duke of Weselton’s cheese fondue served with country bread cubes, broccoli and grilled flatbread
You can raise a glass of your favorite beverage to toast your day of theme park adventures—and the enchantment to come. Drink selections may include:

  • “Melted snow” and other non-alcoholic beverages
  • Summertime cocktails, like margaritas and piña coladas
  • Beer and wine
After IllumiNations, you’ll be escorted to the Norway Pavilion, where Guests of the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party will experience the popular attraction Frozen Ever After—a musical boat-ride adventure through the wintry world of Arendelle.

Dates
The Frozen Ever After Dessert party will be held select evenings beginning July 17, 2017.

Pricing
Admission is $79 per adult (ages 10 and up) and $47 per child (ages 3 to 9), including tax and gratuity. Separate Epcot admission is also required.

Please Note: IllumiNations may be changed or canceled without prior notice. This is not a Character meet-and-greet experience. Characters of the movie Frozen will not appear.

Reads that it's the same place as the current Illuminations Party.

Would be a slam dunk if they offered a fast pass for another day or a ride to the international gateway after. I booked but may skip the ride. The walk in the wrong direction to exit may result in my canceling once I think about it a bit more. need to see how mu husband is feeling when we get closer.

They had me at seated & wine. Booked for October.

I wonder if they will actually have seating, though. The Illuminations party, at least as I remember, has a few scattered high top tables but that's it. I'm thinking they bring in a few stools to go with those and, voila!, seating. Not necessarily a table and chairs for everyone type setup. But I guess that remains to be seen.

People are really paying $80 for a few desserts, one ride, and a place to watch Illuminations--right next to the free FP area?

I love how they've taken a typical dessert buffet menu and "Frozen"ed it up to make it sound more appealing too! Marketing genius!

Yes it's next to the "free" FP area but unless you're visiting EPCOT multiple days it's nice to not have to "waste" your tier 1 FP on either Frozen OR the Illuminations seating and still get to enjoy those....

I have never been at any Disney event where stools were used instead of chairs. The number of guests able to attend this party has been reduced significantly, that's an indication that they need room for tables and chairs, however I haven't seen the setup plans yet.

Correct

wine, beer, and some cocktails as well. If it really starts at 8, and we will have a table to relax for an hour before illuminations, it is almost worth the price. Remains to be seen. The descriptions of these events are sometimes much Better than the reality.

Yippee!!! Booked for 10/16, which is a Monday and fits perfectly in our itinerary. I thought I was going to have to rearrange my plans based on the info yesterday re: W, F, S only, but the dates in the calander are varied. So check and see if your preferred date is offered!

I'm excited about this! I know it costs more than the Illuminations one, but the (potential) seating, the opportunity to ride FEA without wasting a FP+ on it, plus the fun alcoholic drinks makes the extra $ worth it for is.

Chairs would be a game changer, as long as I got a table without the boat dock in front of me.

This is a secret between you and me, but on just about every night they'll let you in by 7:45, so you have an hour and 15 minutes.

It's not potential, it's clearly stated.
From the Disney website "Satisfy your sweet tooth with Frozen-inspired treats during a seated viewing of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot."

Be among the first 50 or so guests to enter and you won't have to worry about it.
