ADRs for light fare?

is it completely acceptable or is it frowned upon to make ADRs in the afternoon at a full service restaurant and then just order appetizers or from the dessert menu? Just thinking in places like DHS where the QS is meh and/or outdoors, it may be nice to duck out of the heat for awhile, it would be fun to thematically see a restaurant, but we won’t be in need of a full meal...

It is fine. You can order what you like. I believe you should tip your server well if you are occupying a table and ordering less than expected

We hit up Jungle Navigation Company at the MK at 1:00 PM just to get out of the heat (September 12). It was lovely and fun! We ordered the jungle green salad and the falafel from the appetizer list. They were very good! The hostess and our waitress were both hilarious. The restaurant was quiet and calm and cool even when it started to fill up. Very different from our PPO BOG breakfast! Highly recommend the idea (and when it’s wicked hot and humid, I think a lot of folks’ appetites reflect the weather). It was a wonderful break! Edit: We did have an ADR for it, forgot to mention that.
