Another ticker problem

I got my ticker but can't get it to show up right. What did I do wrong? Thanks Karen

When you copied the code did you copy the entire BBcode and then just paste that.

Two things. 1st, you didn't copy the entire code. You only copied what was visible. 2nd, you tried to enter the code using the 'Insert Link' icon.

Go back and create your ticker.

Locate the BB code and click on the code.

Press CTRL-A on your keyboard. This selects the entire code, not just what is visible in the box. (Optional, click and drag the code, being sure it scroll down to get everything)

Pressd CTRL-C on your computer. This copies the code that you selected above.

Edit your signature. Put your cursor where you want the ticker to appear. Press CTRL-V on your computer. This pastes the code. Do not try to use any of the icons to 'insert' your code. The code is already formatted correctly by TickerFactory and is just copied directly, as is.
