Any DREAM Concierge Reviews?

Do i have to pick a port time when I do cruise check-in? If it is a late one, can I just ignore it and get there as early as I want?

You can arrive anytime in concierge, there is no PAT

We were the second family on board last cruise. Concierge boards before everybody else so long as you are there when the doors open. I'm guessing that's because they escort you to Concierge, so it makes it easier to know who is Concierge and who isn't for the escorts.

Are they still stocking the fridges in the suites on the Dream? I just got off the phone with shore side concierge and was told they don't do this anymore, but I could go the lounge for soda if I needed?

We were in a 1-bedroom on the Dream last September, and our fridge was never stocked after the first day. We had a few bottles of water in there when we arrived (maybe 4). From then on, we took what we needed from the lounge and stocked our fridge ourselves. It was our first time in concierge so we had no basis for comparison, but we loved that we could just grab what we needed when we stopped by the lounge to eat or get a cup of coffee.

Just got off a b2b on the dream and the only time our fridge was restocked (2 diet cokes, 2 cokes, 2 sprite and 2 waters) was when we started our new cruise.

No they don't. However you can go to the lounge and take anything you want.

I know this probably sounds weird but can DH and I get one of the arcade cards? Has anyone as adults been able to get them? We are not traveling with kids.

They no longer *restock* them. They're stocked when you get there, at least in Concierge. The rest of the time, unless you ask your host to restock, they're not. We just grabbed our own, but our host told us that one of the one-bedroom suites was asking for his to be restocked twice a day.

You are never "guaranteed" anything but at the same time I have never seen anyone in concierge not get one who wanted one provided you contact them at 125 days prior to sailing to give them your preferences. It doesn't matter how many times you have sailed

the cabanas are gone for my dec cruise. i think i got the last one!! ;-)

In the Royal it was re stocked, in the other suites its a supply on arrival.

On the classic ships we did get a massive box as well of bottled water say 48/60 odd bottles.

There for children up to 17, my daughter 18 didnt get them, sorry!!!

You can always talk to your concierge and say how much you love the arcade, they may pick up on it and surprise you. But i would say there are better things to say you like!!!

No not like hotels, not mini bars, there more like coolers.

Get your drinks from the concierge lounge from 7am to 10 pm each day they have cans there tea coffee etc.

Some in your room not re stocked.

Magic /Wonder.

Some in your room not re stocked but may get various "gifts" from concierge including on beverages, I will not say what or all of them as it will ruin any surprise and may may not be offered on all cruises.

Sailed Dream concierge on 9/21. Andy & Ashley are the 2 that stand out to me. I know they weren't alone I'm just terrible with names and we didn't really hang around the lounge much. I do adore Andy. His energy is so infectious!
