Ok...we are starting a separate thread for inquiries/discussion on the April 6th DCL cruise in NY for travel agents since the March 10th date came and went with no annoucement....

Nope.

I am speculating that they will announce that the Magic will be sailing from New York from April to September 2012 and from Galveston from October to December 2012, but I could be wrong.

Does anyone think Europe will make the list for 2012? I promised my mom that after she was done with chemo we would go on the DCL cruise departing Barcelona and now I'm afraid that won't happen

Since this is a new thread, here's the link to the Port Authority of Grand Cayman website that lists the Magic in port weekly from September 25th 2012 through April 23rd, 2013.

However, the week of Christmas 2012 is missing. It shows the Magic in port on Tuesday, December 18th and not again until Tuesday, January 1st. The Tuesday that is missing is Christmas day itself. Does this mean that the Magic will do a special Christmas itinerary in 2012?

I would assume that this means that Galveston might be the Magic's home from late September 2012 through April 2013.

I also found it interesting that a couple of weeks ago, the Magic was not listed as showing up in Grand Cayman until Wednesday, October 3rd, 2012. Now, it first shows up on Tuesday, September 25th - a week earlier than previously scheduled.

Hoping that Galveston is included! I think that cruising part of the year from NY and part from TX would make the most sense. Sometimes logic and business do not go hand in hand

Hi there,

Is anyone else bored waiting on the announcement of the future itineraries, we generally start planning a long way out and waiting this long is starting to become a pain. Whilst I like the thought of NY, being able to friends old and new, and the thought of future transatlantics and european cruises would be nice however people want to plan and it's my opinion that does have overplayed their hand.

As nice as Galveston would be - no plane for us. I had just gotten my husband excited about visiting Europe on a Disney Cruise in the future. I really do hope they continue those. Unfortunately we aren't in a position to go to Europe until at least 2013 though.

Still holding out for the Magic in Europe 2012--and hopefully with something new (eastern med). Would hate to see all four in and around the US--three is enough! And sorry, the NY and Texas ports just don't have any excitement for us. And I do agree--those of us hoping to plan out summer 2012 need info soon!
