1) I don't see why the wackos at the ACLU are concerned.
2) WDW is a private company, not a public entity.
3) They can do almost anything they want to do.
4) If desired, they could even do actual fingerprints.
5) In this case, they are trying to protect their investment.
6) WDW is trying to stop people from passing along unused tickets.
7) I don't see where people should object to this.
8) When you buy a ticket it clearly says it is non-transferable.
9) If you don't like the policy, don't go to WDW.
NOTE: For those skeptical of the finger scan, showing a positive ID with a signed ticket is a option. As to scan retention, WDW doesn't keep it after a ticket is fully used. Even if they did, they are still a private company and you permit them to take your scan.
