When you book Disney packages or Disney cruise line and WDW stay with a UK Travel Agent they might or might not book it direct with Disney if they don't they'll do it through a trading only tour operator to customise a DIY package everything will be safe because the tour operator will have a record of everything booked although Disney won't have that information. The tour operators the travel agency's in UK use are Gold medal travel group, USAirtours, Major travel and JTA travel group these tour operators are instructed they not allowed to speak to the customer directly because they are trading only tour operators that supports through the travel trade. You would have to send enquiries to your Travel Agent If you email any of the Trading only tour operators they'll respond to your travel agent with the answer to your enquiry and your travel agent will forward it to you it works out in the b2b world.
