We have booked a trip at late notice, and the likelihood is that we are not all going to arrive at the resort (CBR) at the same time. Do we all need to be there to check in to the room, or can some of the group check in on behalf of everyone? If not everyone is needed, does the person who checks in need proof of ID of everyone?
Also, can you only do on line check in if you have booked directly through Disney - the on line system does not seem to be able to find my booking reference when I try to make dining reservations?
Any last minute tips gratefully received, while busy packing cases - with what will definitely be too many clothes.
