Current Remy Dessert Experience Menu

I’ve loved Remy’s Dessert experience in the past, but my upcoming cruise is only 4 nights and I’m just not sure I want to set aside the time for it this time. Does anyone have a very recent copy of the menu?

I am hoping to schedule this for our January cruise. I didn't realize it existed previously (that is before the last month or so)! I could have gotten it for our October cruise, but figured we'd just stick to Palo.

Granted I haven’t done Palo brunch since they took away the buffet and your mileage may vary, but I’ve barely been hungry for late seating dining on days we had Palo brunch

I think it would be a lot of food. I don't usually eat much dinner after palo brunch. The dessert filled me up (my mom ended up eating most of my dessert #6) when we did it a few weeks ago and so for dinner I just had an appetizer and a salad.

Palo brunch and Remy dessert could be a lot of food. You don't have to get a lot to eat at Palo, of course, so if you prefer quality to quantity, that could work for you.

If you want choose 1, I would go with the Remy dessert experience, since that's not something that is easy to get anywhere else. Palo brunch is great, but comparable to brunches I could get in my home town. Remy is unique -- I might get a creme brule or macaron at home, but they won't be as elegantly prepared, and I certainly wouldn't get 6 exquisite desserts at once anywhere else.

I had a fairly short cruise, five days, but I chose both Palo brunch and Remy Dessert was offered in the afternoon. I enjoyed my first experience of Remy Dessert but I knew from a previous time not to order everything I saw in Palo. Being very selective I was able to make room for the dessert in the afternoon but I did not need dinner in the evening.

Please believe me when I say that the Citron on the Remy dessert menu has to be seen to be believed (and until you break into it you’re still not convinced). It’s also absolutely delicious.

I felt guilty even eating it because it was so perfect and the amount of effort it took to make it.

We did Remy dessert in May and September. As others noted the menu changed slightly (secretly hoping they bring back the Religieuse Caramel aka the nun). I didn't take photos in September but here are photos of most of desserts from May minus the creme brulee

My wife and I did this on our Dream cruise in January 2023 and are planning to do it on the Fantasy in 2024! I asked her if she would want to do Palo Brunch or Dinner or Remy Brunch or Dinner and she wanted to do the Dessert experience again! Citron is definitely the best in the bunch!! Only thing I wished I would have done during the experience is record the Chef explain everything during the experience for each dessert.

I also added the Wine pairing too. I'm not much of a wine drinker, but enjoy some when its paired well. IT WAS PAIRED VERY WELL!! I would recommend that added with the experience.
