DCL bus transfers digital letter at WDW resort

@holula this might be a struggle at front desk to explain as the people in the chat on WDW website didn't have a clue when I mentioned DCL Transportation about bell service they said not sure if they transport from WDW to the cruise here's a screenshot of the script on WDW live chat

I don't think that the people who respond to the chats are on site - I believe they are in a call centre and may not know these things. They certainly have always known what I was talking about in all of the times we've taken DCL transportation from a resort. If you have questions about this, it's best to actually visit the front desk in person IMO.
