Morning, gents.
3rd night shift in a row and I'm sure feeling it. One more to go before a break.
Went for my 3rd run yesterday too. Interesting that it was easier than the 1st run, but harder than the 2nd. But being tired from night shifts might play a part in that.
Plus running on snow instead of bare pavement too. These runs have been alternating 60/90 run/walk seconds. Next week it amps up to 90/120. Actually nervous about being able to do it.
Still waiting on that runner's high Dan mentioned. Had a bit of one, in that I was very happy when it was over.
Got about another hour to go then get to head home. Looking forward to some shut-eye.
