Details Announced About the WATER COASTER (!!) and Entertainment on the Disney Treasure Cruise Ship

Skipper Society​

If you’re a fan of the Jungle Cruise, this might be the lounge for you! Skipper Society will be located just off the Grand Hall.

Here, you’ll be able to experience a combination of entertainment and bar artistry — all themed to the world-famous Jungle Cruise. Get ready for some punny cocktails! Disney tells us that Skipper Society is meant to serve as “an intimate gathering space with music, comical banter, and REALLY good drinks.”

Periscope Pub​

Another cocktail lounge/bar area aboard the Treasure is Periscope Pub, which is inspired by 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

This experience will take you aboard the Nautilus with “seafaring artifacts and nautical finishes.” Here, you’ll be surrounded by ceiling screens with moving underwater elements and windows that look out at the ocean. There’s been a lot of talk about a famous squid that you might see floating by!

AquaMouse​

The AquaMouse is a water coaster that originally appeared aboard the Disney Wish. The Disney Treasure will have the same water coaster but will debut with an all-new show to accompany the ride.

The new show, “Golden Egg,” will also eventually be available aboard the Wish. Three stories will soon be available aboard both ships so that you can experience the ride and storylines from both!

Worlds of Marvel​

As far as the Marvel dining experience coming to the Disney Treasure, Disney didn’t share a whole lot of details pertaining to the all-new Treasure-exclusive dining experience that would be located at this space. However, we were able to watch a video that featured Spider-Man!

Sarabi​

Inspired by the Pride Lands in The Lion King, Sarabi will act as a hub for family entertainment. This two-story space is where Disney says families can come together to experience game shows, cruise classics, silent discos, and more!

FIRST LOOK Jumbeaux’s Sweets, inspired by the popular ice cream parlor featured in Disney’s “Zootopia,” is coming to the #DisneyTeasure serving handmade gelato, ice cream and sorbets.

Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club members can book the Disney Treasure as early as Sept. 12, 2023 - and bookings will open to all guests on Sept. 20, 2023.

JUST ANNOUNCED Worlds of Marvel, @DisneyCruise Line's immersive Marvel-themed dining experience, joins the #DisneyTreasure! The venue will offer a worldly menu and two separate nights with distinct shows and dining inspired by the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

FIRST LOOK #DisneyTreasure staterooms will offer a balance between modern design and nostalgic charm featuring fantastical worlds from heartwarming Disney Adventures. Plus, @DisneyCruise Line’s concierge suites featuring elegant interiors inspired by “The Lion King.”




The adventure-inspired accommodations aboard @DisneyCruise Line’s #DisneyTreasure will also extend to four royal suites that pay tribute to the faithful feline companions of daring Disney characters, including Bagheera Royal Suites and Rajah Royal Suites.

Disney’s Oceaneer Club, featuring immersive spaces designed to encourage exploration and discovery for children, returns on the #DisneyTreaure with Marvel Super Hero Academy, Fairytale Hall, Walt Disney Imagineering Lab, Star Wars: Cargo Bay and Mickey and Minnie Captain’s Deck.

JUST ANNOUNCED Plaza de Coco will be the world’s first theatrical dining experience themed to the Disney and Pixar film, “Coco,” onboard @DisneyCruise Line's newest ship, the #DisenyTreasure!

The story of Miguel and his familia will continue where it left off on screen as they gather in Mariachi Plaza to take guests on two nights of colorful, music-filled journeys that celebrate family memories with festive dinner menus of modern twists on traditional Mexican fare.

The Coco restaurant looks amazing!! And the rooms look beautiful. I'm just sad that it looks like they'll be spacing out the bars and adult areas the same way that they did on the Wish. I much preferred having a consolidated adult space on the other ships with adult entertainment to match. I can see myself booking a trip to see it, like I did the Wish, and then returning to booking the older ships when I can.

I'm looking at the one date that stops in San Juan. At least that's a port we haven't been to yet! The ship looks great.

Looks very much like a Universal designed land

I think it looks like Mickey's Toontown at DLR, which is a very nice land. But less cartoony maybe. The movie's design/subject matter of course lends itself to that cartoony look. Unlikely for us to go to Shanghai, so I do hope this comes to the US, or at least Paris or Tokyo as we do go to those.

What might happen is that they do half of AK's Dinoland as some kind of Moana ride featuring first to at least fill in some of that zone, and eventually the rest of the area gets the Zootopia expansion.

You are giving way too much credit to Universal.
I think the theming is amazing and accurate for Zootopia.
