The Challenge bibs look a little weird to me. How did a 1:36 HM POT get slotted behind a 52 and 53 min 10k. Usually POT bibs are ranked order assigned, but this one seems different. Same goes for the 24xx bib with a 1:53 HM POT in the HM solo bibs. Interesting all around. Hopefully we get tracking numbers soon to see the highest assigned numbers in each bib type.

Somehow I didn’t end up in this data

HM 7XX; 10k POT 55:56

@DopeyBadger, cub's 8xx with the ? is a 57:55 10k. Not even his best 10k time (sub-50) which he earned too late to submit. Dang fast kid with a 3 digit bib. Thanks for all the work you do putting these estimates together!

yeah i was wondering how the heck my 52 min POT put me ahead of a 1:36 half time, that's crazy. maybe if i had a 45 min 10k then ok , but that would be a 1 min/mile improvement and would make sense. a 1.36 half is waaaaaay better than 52 min 10k

I’m honestly confused how those last two 10k bibs work because that feels like a weird overlap

As a data point for 10km, I’m 329xx and put in an estimated time of 12-14 mins.

Also for the 10k I have 3 other friends with 32xxx numbers that also put in 12-14 mins, and one friend with 34xxx who can’t remember what she put down for estimated time.

Or heck might need help with something that you might not think of.
Thank you for the running etiquette with wheelchair athletes. I always like to learn. Your post also brought some memories to mind: The two times a wheelchair athlete asked for help were once for picking-up a watermelon slice and the other for sunscreen for his thighs.

But yeah don’t be afraid to ask.
Like with any human, saying hi and being in an attentive listening mode goes a long way 👍🏻

10k bib: 33829, gave an estimate of a 15 min/mile. My mom has 30735, with an estimate of 8-10 min/mile.

Thank you for taking the time to put this together. Sorry, I can't remember what estimate finish time I put for the Half 80XX, I think it was the third to last time, back of the pack. Thanks again for taking the time for put this together for us.

Just a note in general but if you check your registration information in your info and scroll down it will list what your original estimated pace/finishing time

On the way to the airport. Had a bit of a hard time sleeping because of all the pent up energy from being really excited. Heck I was having so much energy I ended up scrapping my og plan of watching the newest episode of a show I like that dropped last night. And went on a quick clean instead.

Definitely going to be catching a nap on the flight probably

I’m glad I’m not the only one up early and having trouble sleeping! I got about 3:45 of sleep last night, but laid in bed for about 2 hours trying to fall back to sleep. Hopefully I get some sleep on my flight out later this morning but I’m not holding my breath. Guess it will make waking up early for the 5k/10k easier?

Good luck everyone, may you all have stress free travels and great races!
