Update: Todd is okay. He responded to my e-mail this morning. He has been ill, but doing better.

Suntans: I plan on getting a base tan at home, and maybe a few trips to the tanning bed (I know but only like 3 or 4 times). And getting a spray tan to even things out. I'm gonna be glowing (hopefully not orange).

So I'm down 5 pounds. I know it's water weight, but hey, it's something.

Yay for the update on Todd! Glad that he's alright...I was worried!

And yay on the 5 pounds!! 5 pounds is 5 pounds!

I will probably hit the tanning bed too...I just don't tan out in the sun. But I will stop once we come back from the cruise!

I'm frustrated with the park hours too. I'm a big planner. Especially when we travel with the kids. I try to take full advantage of EMHs and special events I know they would enjoy.

We mostly do table services for breakfast and the rest is counter service or back at the hotel. So without park hours to help me decide where to eat, I'm going nuts!

You sure it's just the park hours that's making you nuts?

So...I almost gave up getting new luggage yesterday. We were at my favorite electronics store, Fry's, and came across a camcorder that i've had my eye on for awhile now on sale. It turns out it was last year's model and it was more than half off the original price! So we bought it...it's one of those waterproof ones by Sanyo. I was so excited and I volunteered to give up my new luggage for it. And then we got home and opened it up...it had been one of those previously returned packages, which is normally not an issue for me. But the dang thing had no battery and no battery charger! So I did some research online and found that I could get this year's version of the camera for about $30 more than what I paid for last year's model...and it has the battery and charger in it...so i'll be returning the one I bought yesterday and buying this year's model on Amazon!


And i'm still getting new luggage... I just can't decide what I want.

I am so glad to hear Todd is OK. I have been very worried.

I wish I could be around more but school started again and that takes up a large chunk of time. I will be back more regulary in March when my classes end and I am not taking the next session of classes because finals would be the week of the cruise. Once March hits it will be Door magnets, Fish extender and pirate costume(for my son) making time!

I'm now leaning towards this set...I don't want a great big suitcase as we have several of those here at home and we never use them now. I just want one of the 25-26in suitcases and a carry on sized one.

That is awesome Brandie, I would love to get some new luggage but I have 2 sets so I can't see DH agreeing. Especially since I just convinced him to do passports. My MIL told him we not to get them since we don't technically need them. ARGHHH. Normally I love her and she is great but on this one not so much

Yeah - technically - we don't need them but I would rather be safe than sorry!! Besides if you are planning to do a cruise anytime after June 9 of this year you're going to need them anyway!!

Yeah - technically - we don't need them but I would rather be safe than sorry!! Besides if you are planning to do a cruise anytime after June 9 of this year you're going to need them anyway!!

Besides, you never know when an impromptu trip to Disneyland Paris may pop up on the Prizematron....just sayin'.

I am debating what luggage to bring. I got new for my December trip, but I am not entirely happy with how it packed. On my June 2006 trip I was forced to buy a new suitcase when I was at Disney, because when I went to start packing to go home, I found the hard plastic insides had shattered at some point. I was leaning towards Bell Services doing the damage when I changed hotels, but I really couldn't prove it, so I went to the gift shop and bought a Disney suitcase. I kind of want to use that for the cruise. I REALLY want to do this trip with one checked bag and one carry on. But I am a chronic over packer. I also an thinking of packing an empty duffle in to bring stuff home. So many decisions.
