I purchased an item from Puffin's Roost at Epcot, had it sent to the Poly and forgot to pick it up before we checked out. Does anyone know what the Disney policy is for this? Thanks!
I did the same thing. I emailed customer service at wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com and told them my problem. They need your name, telephone number, home address and email address. They got back to me the next day and in a week I had my merchandise.
