So if our CL is our check in day for our second half stay, they will take care of our luggage and we don't need to be in the room to get it? Have you had any trouble with any luggage getting misplaced moving to different resorts?

I think that you still have to have Bell Services handle your luggage and need to be in the room to receive it. For our last split stay we brought our luggage ourselves to the second resort and had to check it with Bell Services before going up to the club lounge. Then they delivered it to our room after we were in it.

Yes, @Wood Nymph is correct. When you leave resort #1, you can call bell services to come pick up your luggage, or walk it bell services yourself - and ask to transfer them to resort #2.

At resort #2 later that day, you can either retrieve the bags yourself at bell services or call when in the room to have them delivered (you do need to be present).

Note that bag delivery to resort #2 is often late afternoon... 4pm+. So pack a day bag with anything you may need during the day as you do have a period of time where your bags are inaccessible.

You do have to be in your room when they deliver your bags. We’ve never had an issue with bags getting lost. However, luggage is not delivered until after 4:00, I think. Not sure of the exact time, but it is in the afternoon
