HHI Beach Club questions

First trip coming up to DHHI. Saw Beach Club opens at 10am. We really want to bike to beach daily but didn't think re carrying the boogie boards :| Thinking of going over first thing and dropping off that and some other gear at Beach Club when it opens at 10 but heard parking is tough there. How early do spots go? (in general, of course)

Also, in the current situation are there vendors on beach for umbrella and chairs? Any idea what time they show up?

Any other information on the Beach Club is appreciated.

There is a bike rack located right next to the beach house. The “beach patrol” rents chairs.

The parking lot is not big and fills up quickly. When we were there a few weeks ago we we were leaving the beach about 1pm, lot was full and cars were stalking for spots.I would go early. We did see people come early, set up a spot on the beach and come back later.
You can rent chairs and umbrellas for 20 dollars. Not sure what time they get there but we were there a bit before 10 and they were working. We were going to rent an umbrella, but they wanted us to move from our spot closer to where they rent from. We didn't.
The quick serve Signals at the beach house is only open Fri Sat and Sun. The small bar is open everyday. The pool is nice and there is social distancing with the chairs. There were 2 cms there guiding people.
Pool and beach were busy. The beach is really nice and you can see dolphins swimming from the shore. Enjoy the resort.
