We're picky eaters (don't like seafood, mushrooms, peppers, etc), so it makes dining in the World a little difficult. Here's what I've come up with so far:

Day One:
Arrive around 12
Lunch at EVERYTHING POP
Dinner at KONA CAFE

Day Two:
Breakfast in room
Eat counter service at Magic Kingdom for lunch and dinner

Day Three:
Breakfast in room
Lunch at SCI-FI DINE IN
Dinner at HOLLYWOOD HILLS THEATER waiting for Fantasmic!

Day Four:
Breakfast in room
Eat counter service in Epcot for lunch
ICE CREAM SOCIAL at the Garden Grille
Dinner at ESPN ZONE

Day Five:
Breakfast in room
Lunch at WHISPERING CANYON CAFE
Eat counter service at Magic Kingdom for dinner

Day Six:
Breakfast in room
Lunch at BIERGARTEN
Eat counter service at Epcot for dinner

Day Seven:
Breakfast at BOMA
Lunch at EARL OF SANDWICH
Leave for airport around 4

My dh has the same tastes as you and we're planning to eat at some of the same restaurants. Looks good!

Not a bad list.

I don't think being a 'picky' eater makes it too difficult to find enjoyable dining at wdw.

I'm a 'meat and potatoes' guy. On my last trip, I was able to have enjoyable meals at California Grille, Yachtsman's Steakhouse, Alfredo's, Artist's Pointe and Shula's.

One of the great things about wdw is the wide variety of places to eat.
