How much "down time" do you need?

My "me" time is yoga, two days a week

2 hours, listening to music and on the computer makes jason a happy boy

I need downtime. I am introverted too and after the kids go to bed, it’s my time to chill. I find I need more downtime if it’s a busy day at work and then when I get home there’s stuff that the kids need and I am driving them to activities. I don’t mind staying home all weekend and keeping things low key.
