I’m excited! and really looking forward to this young adult cousins/parents trip.
Party on party:

So we're on a pretty tight budget this year, but determined to take our son on his first trip to Disneyland. This is what we've got tallied out so far:
October 15-20
Alpine Inn Hotel- $1,206
Airfare- $309
4 Day Single Park Tickets- $790
Total: $2,305

We're saving up gift cards for our souvenir and food budget and currently have $125. I do a lot of shopkick scanning to earn gift cards and we'll be hopefully getting more for birthdays we have coming up.
We'll see if we can manage to save even more money!

Woohoo we’ve changed plans. I booked a campsite today. My friends are like eww why would you tent camp? It’s a 200 sf tent with big beds. It even has a fridge, we will be fine!

$445 campsite
$840 2 adult 4 park tickets
$125 gas
$350 food? probably much less.
$100 souvenirs - I like the Disney outlet.
Minus the $310 rewards card.
$1550 ish

Dang, I feel pretty cheap.

7 nights at Bonnet Creek-$750
4 FL select weekday APs-$1,600. (and with the Disney gift cards from Target, this includes all taxes)
Food-groceries-$200
eating out-$400. (so far we have spent about $200 and we leave Sun so prob won't his $400, but we will see.)
Gas in the Camry Hybrid-$100

$3k and we can come back with the passes for another stay or two.

We are now on our 3rd trip to Disney with our passes. We have 2 more planned with our current APs.

We have done everything pretty much the same......condo has been $650-$750 each time. Groceries around $150, eating in the parks around $300. And we added another child to the passes.

So far: $5,000 for 5 of us and 3 weeks.

I would love to get those weekday select tickets if we lived in FL. That’s a great deal.

Those are the best days usually too! Especially midweek.

Do you do this in the summer? I might die from the heat without AC. Or do the tents have a
AC?

I am planning 8 days for 2024 and trying to stay under 4K prior to arriving, meaning travel, tickets, hotels/resort. It is me and my two daughters, Mom and son staying home. I am probably going over slightly at this time and that is with free flights and car rental. We are renting DVC points so that is driving up the price vs what we could do. First time trying deluxe.

Only way we could do it would be AKL DVC standard value room through Davids or staying at the Dolphin with DS Marriott discount
I really do not want to stay off site - we will not have a car

Two adults staying 6 nights at POP in September this year. Flying to MCO, 4 park days, food and drinks, Uber - to and from airport, I included the park n fly at our home airport, a scooter rental for the week, a few small things like Genie+ or paid LL for one day.. I may have forgotten a few things but my total is $4.500

We are traveling in August 2023. Family of five with boys aged 8, 5, and 3 at time of travel. These are my current working totals. The 162 DVC points from 2022 were free when we bought our DVC contract, but I figure they are still worth the 2022 dues pp.

7 Nights at Polynesian Lake View Studio: $1291.89 (162 2022 points @ $7.3859pp, 12 2023 points @ $7.9475pp)
2 Nights at Animal Kingdom-Kidani Village 1BR Savanna View: $556.33 (70 2023 points @ $7.9475pp)
7 1 Park Per Day Ticket for 2 Adults & 3 Children: $2,833.61
Roundtrip Airline Tickets from and to MDW: $1,579.78
Roundtrip Transportation on Sunshine Flyer: $144.00
Groceries: $200.00 (estimate)
Restaurants: $1,500.00 (estimate)
Souvenirs: $1,110.00 (estimate)
Tips: $100.00 (estimate)

Total: $9,315.61

Current amount saved: $10,552.55 with an additional $475.00 in Disney gift cards. Accommodations were paid for in December 2022.
$45000, including the cruise.

January 19-26 2024 Trip

$3,558.58 Includes the following for 2 adults. Using Disney Visa points to pay for this.

All Star Music Resort
5 - Park Hoppers
Quick service meal plan
Travel insurance

$76.80 - 2 Magic Band+ "Out of Pocket"
Airline ticket estimate $650 - $700 2 airline tickets ( Hoping to use some airline points towards this.) "Some out of pocket"
Transportation - estimated $120.00 "Out of Pocket"
Baggage check on - estimated $120.00 "Out of Pocket"

Have $150.00 in Disney gift cards from 2019 trip we didn't use. Adding $200.00 Disney points to redemption card for extra meals per day total. Broke that down to $21.87 per day for each of us to spend on that meal, drink and a snack.

This is going to be a very inexpensive trip for us.

How much is an uber for transportation? Thanks.

Booked an October trip.

5 nights preferred campsite at Fort Wilderness with two four day base tickets $1922
Gas round trip about $1100 (it's 1,100 miles each way)
Overnight campsites down and back $140
MNSSHP $320
No clue on food, I usually budget $250 a day since we don’t generally do sit down meals and we’ll eat several meals in the camper. $1250

Total w/food $4732

We are staying at shades of green for eight nights (I was able to get 15% off room parking and our tickets signing up for the military star credit card)

SOG. $1,537
8 day tickets 3 adults 2 children $2,302
I currently have about $1100 on gift cards and cash back from using credit cards in which out-of-pocket we only spent $474
we are pretty good about eating breakfast in our room and bringing snacks into the park not buying too much. I plan on doing about four sit downs meals. Probably budget about another $600 more for food.
we will be driving. Honestly, I don’t even know how much to add for gas. We’re in Georgia maybe like 150 we are pretty good at getting discounts on gas too
$5,063

I'm budgeting $100.00 for Uber.... $35.00 -$45.00 each way to/from airport. This depends on the time of day we get the uber. We often will take an Uber to or from a resort that we're having dinner at for about $15.00 one way.
