But this year, all of my contracts that weren’t completely paid showed up in red and said past due after January 15. That made us nervous. So we gave up the idea of getting more Disney gift cards, and we just charged the balance.

Until this year, we have always paid in February!

It may be a change related to the updates they did where they now send up the monthly reminders and confirmation the dues got paid.

January is the only month where dues can be paid late (by February) without the late penalty so my guess is that the color coding had to apply to all months....but I can see how it could make people nervous.
