Good point, Deez... Boma is closed on Sundays. Just kidding! But it definitely is NOT on the rotation sheet Maureen gave me. Hmmm... guess Sunday is the "surprise menu"!

Sorry about that! But I bet you could call BOMA and ask them which rotation menu Sunday is on.

desserts too but they usually have a coconut or a banana bread pudding, a pineapple cheesecake, some other delicate 'fancy' desserts and the incredible, ZEBRA DOMES!
We LOVE Boma and always have to save room for the great desserts!

In February 2004 we ate at Boma's on a Sunday night and the food was very similar to Menu One. I know that the soups were exactly the same ( the Chicken Corn Porridge and Butternut Squash Soup were so good!!!) but I don't remember having as many choices for the salmon. There was the prime rib (yum), one salmon dish, chicken, one pork loin dish, plus a few more things. Everything was so good, when we return I want to go on a day that they have this menu. And save room for dessert! That night they had zebra domes, bread pudding with vanilla sauce, pineapple cheesecake, chocolate mousse crunch, fruit tarts, brownies, cookies and more. Ok, now I am really hungry. I hope this helps.
