When we went this past September, we switched our ressie to a Sat night on purpose, looking for those ribs. We were not disappointed!

Thanks Tikitoi,I spoke with the Hostess at Bomas on the phone,and she confirmed the Ribs are still Wed & Sat.She was really pleasant,and even switched my ressie from Friday night to Wednesday for us.We can't wait!
Bomas on Wed & Ohanas on Thursday.Then Sat we board the Disney Magic cruise for a week in the Caribbean,downside is none of my clothes are going to fit by time I get home.lol

The food doesn't really excite me so we have never been. I don't want to pay that set price and not be happy. But we are getting free dining this time and I figure I have nothing to lose!

I know that I will be able to find something to eat, but is that good enough? With so many good places to eat I hate to just make do.

I am thinking about scheduling for a Thursday. I would eat the crusted prime rib, spiced chicken and pork loin. And the potato bacon soup and corn chowder would be good too. Would these most likely be available?

DH is more adventurous and I think he would probably like the variety.
