Local Foods Not Available Elsewhere?

I know where OP's from!

I prefer the spicier (not sweeter) Lebanon bologna, which honestly is more like salami than bologna.

Also, tomato pie and faschnauts :)

Cheese curds. Spotted Cow beer, to name only a couple.
Wow, never thought of cheese curds as regional. They seem to be in most grocery stores here. But California is a huge cheese producing state. Number 2 behind Wisconsin.

Blue ice cream soft serve and unfortunately... Cinci style chili. Gimme the former, pass on the latter.

Sonoran hot dog
prickly pear jam, syrup, etc

as for cheese curds, they are all over here also

I'd love a good Gitzditch pie. Local favorite back home.

Can't find Christopher Ranch garlic and seasoning products here, but know that a variety of stores sell them on the west coast. I'm no longer on the west coast.
