Work weekend so both days just my 15 min core with stability ball sit ups.

Wow, wow, and WOW!:cool1: And there's nothing wrong with being a PART-TIME couch potato. After those usually killer long mileage runs on Saturday mornings, I turn into the world's biggest sloth!:lmao:

After today's walk and PT, and tomorrow's race, looks like I'll squeak in this month's minutes. Congrats to everyone! Even if you didn't hit your goal, you still got off the couch, and that's all that matters!:cool1:

That is a goal of mine to run. Sub 2:30 half. I can't imagine doing that well in pain. Hope you are better today. :)

Thanks so much! On the bad side my ITBS got so bad in BOTH :scared1: knees by mile 8 I ended up walking more than running the last 5. BUT I did set a moderate goal not knowing how the knees would hold up (2:30) and I finished in 2:27. :thumbsup2 Far from a PR but considering how much pain I was in, I'll take that!:cheer2:

So adding in the 147 minutes for the race, I end the month at:

Do you mind sharing what you do for your 15 min? Sounds like a good routine.
 


Mrsdrake for my core I do planks, the regular kind and side planks. And then I add in stability ball situps.

For April I am going to add in balancing on the bosu ball for additional core. I will start with both feet on the ball and go to single leg balance if both are to easy.
