Getting a runner file name (Updates from HP.exe) lacks a '-'(the app id separator) message. I googled it, did what it said - no luck. Also, I think my Roadrunner anti-virus software (CA) (something) is blocking opening my Outlook Express. If I snooze the anti virus before I go to Outlook Express I can usually open my mail....any help???thanks
