We were also just at VGF on my PVB points and I was considering buying some points direct so I could have 1 adult weekend a year because we loved it so much. Points direct right now are $217 and I wouldn't have qualified for any incentives on a small contract. I'm at 38% off direct. So I'm really happy about that.

I'm in the same boat. Submitted 1/31 and I'm seeing 2/7 submissions passing, which is making me a nervous wreck.

What resort? I am OKW 2042- which made me extra nervous since that is a popular ROFR choice with Disney seeming to want to convert all contracts to 2057- plus seller paying closing for me.

So yes mine was submitted 1/24 and passed either Monday or yesterday.

PVB. I know this one is someone selling it on behalf of a deceased estate, so I'm wondering if that's the holdup?

$93 is great - Im in ROFR for about 2 weeks now with a $95 fully loaded Aug use year 171 pt contract.

All the newer listings that have come on since then are priced so much higher than what everything was 2 weeks ago so really curious - maybe market is starting to stabilize?

There are still some fair prices for medium contracts, but I've noticed a whole lot fewer "small" contracts, or they're higher priced/mostly stripped. Some might be gone before I see them, but I check multiple sites, multiple times a day (more for amusement than to purchase, she said, ... unconvincingly ...)

Reservations for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel can be made beginning on March 15 for Disney Vacation Club Members by contacting Member Services at (800) 800-9800 and on March 16 for Disneyland Resort Magic Key holders by contacting (714) 956-6425.

Villas are limited in availability, and restrictions apply. Subject to change or cancellation without notice.

If you would like to double-check your entries after using the tool, just know that I need your username at the front and all data in the following order:

DISname---Price per point-Total cost (Price per point x # of points + Maintenance Fees to be paid at closing + Closing fees)-# of points-Home resort-Use Year-# of points available first year (banked or not),# of points current year, # of points following year, and year after that, followed by Date Sent for ROFR.


Please include any other details such as whether the seller is splitting closing or paying current year's MFs. We assume that the buyer pays current year MF and closing, so no need to add those details in writing, only to the total amount.

Then come back and post whether you passed or not using the tool again so that your completed string looks like the sample below. Or I will chase you down! Just kidding. But, in the spirit of helping everyone who uses this thread as a resource, please do let us know whether or not Disney waived your contract so that the data is complete. Please do not simply post that you passed, as I cannot comb through the thread to find your contract.
