From firsthand experience, your feeling is very much correctThank you so much! I have a feeling this will be the first of 'a few' smaller contracts we purchase over the next few years.

Both my VGF contracts I used Fidelity. A year ago I got a smaller one (40 points) for $137 a point through them.Wow! Which broker did you use? Good price!
Still a good deal on that, even with www.fidelityrealestate.com service fee of $225. I started to get a 25 point from them but realized that added $9/point to a tiny contract (but I'm more creeped out by their cancellation terms - that part about you lose your deposit AND owe them the Seller's commission if you cancel after 10 days). Not saying I'd "never" buy from them, but it would need to be a Perfect contract lol. That said, I just paid $140/point for a 25 point BWV in my use year (at least no service fee), so I'm not a "great" shopperBoth my VGF contracts I used Fidelity. Curious to see if this passes, I hope for buyers it does. I just think if yes, will give insight into Poly 2 situation. That is a fantastic price for Poly! Congratulations.
Hoping Poly 2 will be part but if not I think $112 is a great deal for the OG Poly!Curious to see if this passes, I hope for buyers it does. I just think if yes, will give insight into Poly 2 situation.

I thought about asking for the seller to pay it but it only changes the total cost of the contract $225 lol. At 7K that's a drop in the bucket. But I see your point, on smaller contracts it technically is an increase on price per point...but on these small ones $10 difference in price per point up or down really makes no impact to the overall contract price, especially 25 point contracts.Still a good deal on that, even with www.fidelityrealestate.com service fee of $225. The most amazing deal I have ever seen for Poly, people paying more per point for resorts expiring in 18 years.Hoping Poly 2 will be part but if not I think $112 is a great deal for the OG Poly!
