Both my VGF contracts I used Fidelity. A year ago I got a smaller one (40 points) for $137 a point through them.
Still a good deal on that, even with www.fidelityrealestate.com service fee of $225. I started to get a 25 point from them but realized that added $9/point to a tiny contract (but I'm more creeped out by their cancellation terms - that part about you lose your deposit AND owe them the Seller's commission if you cancel after 10 days). Not saying I'd "never" buy from them, but it would need to be a Perfect contract lol. That said, I just paid $140/point for a 25 point BWV in my use year (at least no service fee), so I'm not a "great" shopper ;)

Our first dip into membership. This was exactly what we were searching for. A small contract we could pay in full, get us started and allow us to add on direct in smaller point increments.

Very happy with this. Offered below asking pp and it was immediately accepted. Our first foray into DVC. Next..... Buying direct in order to get the golden halo.

I thought about asking for the seller to pay it but it only changes the total cost of the contract $225 lol. At 7K that's a drop in the bucket. But I see your point, on smaller contracts it technically is an increase on price per point...but on these small ones $10 difference in price per point up or down really makes no impact to the overall contract price, especially 25 point contracts.
Hoping Poly 2 will be part but if not I think $112 is a great deal for the OG Poly!
The most amazing deal I have ever seen for Poly, people paying more per point for resorts expiring in 18 years.

I hadn't been planning on buying more points any time soon but our daughter will be starting the cultural rep program in June and I'm sure my wife will be wanting to make quite a few trips down over the next year, so here I am again.
