Found a unicorn, she's so pretty! Offered full asking price and called the agent one minute later to make sure she got my offer. She got another call while on the line with me and said multiple offers all came in right after mine. She laughed and said "I think I priced it too low" and I responded "no, it's the perfect price!"

That’s what I told my husband. Once it goes into ROFR we are golden no matter the outcome. It’s when you’re the buyer that you stress about ROFR.

Oh most definitely. It’s also nice to not be anxious every day hoping for an update on something, anything. I guess if I really needed the check to arrive I’d be more anxious but I honestly keep forgetting about this contract. A stark contrast to my 3 recent purchases that keep me checking my emails and dashboard 47 times a day

Hahaha same I just saw a couple of loaded 25-30 pt OKW contracts pop up. Shame they’re a different UY or I would have grabbed them for SAP

I just saw them too, all 3 of my contracts now are different UY so I don't care but I'm looking at something else. But the one is loaded loaded, its a good deal too IMO, especially with all the extra points. Mine didn't have any banked and left over points....I'm pretty jealous now especially since lots more small contracts are coming up all of a sudden.

Focusing on 1 UY has helped me from buying anything and everything lol so it has to be a decent deal with an August UY, helps my addonitis just a smidge
