How does the express pass work if you are staying at this site? Do you have to have a pre purchased ticket or do they give you a card to show at the theme parks?

You check into the hotel and with your room key, you go to a kiosk in the hotel to print out the express pass. That is separate from actually having park tickets. The length of your hotel stay dictates how long you can use the pass.

It is not 'linked' to your park ticket in any way. Use park tix to get into USO and IOA. Use the express card at the entrance to rides.

Yes, the desk clerk will give you a temporary room key (that doesn't open any room) to use to get the express pass card. And if checking in early and you are club level, you can get access to the club room for breakfast even though your room is not yet ready.

Just to clarify the room key is not temporary it's just not assigned a room number yet.

Thank you I was wondering about that. also do you know the day you check out how long can you use the club level?

you can use the club lounge until you leave the hotel to go home on your last day.
if you check out at 11, your hotel card will still be active for the elevator to 7th floor.

Thank you. I figured as much. We're moving over to the BWV that day but figured we'd stay around awhile and enjoy the lounge till I get the test that our room is ready there.
