Starline Tours Help

I am looking into Starline Tours over Grayline for a LA trip. I am looking into the Grand City Tour (5.5 hours departs from GardenWalk) and the LA City Tour and Hollywood (4.5 hours departs from our hotel). Anyone have any exeriences from these specific tours or just the tour service in general???
