Tables in Wonderland - more than 10 people

Have a group of 12 heading to WDW this summer (10 adults 2 kids). Considering getting TiW (have in the past but not every visit). Since TiW covers up to 10 people but we are always eating with 12 how do they determine which 10 to use. Can we specify or will they take “adults”. Would like to make sure most expansive meals covered. Also what if had to book 2 reservations in order to get all 12 of us at same restaurant? If end up at multiple tables can 1 card still cover both tables? The last 4 trips with 12 we never had an issue getting seated together (except at place like 50s diner and sci if where table size limits) but concerned this time might be issue (typically we go during “slower seasons”.

If you have a spouse, they can get their own card for $50 and it covers another 10 people.

You can pay for multiple tables as long as it's all one check.

And you'll have to pay for the entire table of ten. You can ask them to put all the adult meals on the TIW check and leave the kids' meals at regular price.

Agree with asking the server to put the adults on the TiW card and not the kids. Should not be a problem for you.
Probably still cheaper than getting a second card for the 2 kids (you might, but I doubt you would save money).
