Monsieur Paul, Ohana, and Brown Derby. No particular order.

Monsieur Paul is the best food I've had on property by a pretty decent margin (haven't eaten at V&A). Ohana is a very fun environment, and I really enjoy the idea of eating grilled meat until you hurt. Brown Derby has real sentimental value to me, it was the one must-do for my dad with WDW.
