Travel Insurance Documentation Question ...

I'm trying to file a claim for a cancelled Disney Cruise booked through Costco due to a family death and the insurance company wants this documentation:

"Verification from travel supplier on their letterhead regarding any refunds received."

Where am I supposed to get this from? Call Disney? Call Costco?

I think you would get it from Costco as I am assuming that is who you called when you cancelled.

I had to get something from a travel agent once for a cancellation, but my insurance dealt with her directly. They just wanted to know when I contacted her for the cancellation and what I said I about it. It was just a double check. I think since Costco is so overwhelmed, they probably just didn't get it to, yet. You can call them and see if they sent it or when they will send it.
