Using DVC at Tokyo Disney resort?

Anyone use their DVC points for one of the hotels at Tokyo Disney Resort? Any hints, tips, suggestions?

Any of the Disney Collection trades tend to only publish or make available inventory within about 3 months. It is quite easy to book and get a good deal near Tokyo Disney without points, on a longer timeline.

The exchange rate on USD to JPY is really good right now.

Definitely stay on property if you can as you get guaranteed park admission even if it's sold out. Plus the hotels are just amazing overall.
