Our VIP Tour Vlog...
We were so excited when we saw Jon and he was super awesome again and extremely accomodating.SO fun!! I don't think I realized that Lindsay and her husband were with you guys on the tour OR that you had Jon again!!!! That's just awesome, as well as the fact that you got a different VIP pin for this tour. What an awesome day!
I can't even imagine your happiness and relief Purple hair seems like a great way to celebrate!Hi Tracy! We are all so happy Gia is back at home enjoying life again. her mom is even dying her hair purple this weekend. LOL!
YES!!! I want to go back so badly... especially since my AP will expire at some point...Oh No!!!!! This stresses me out so much...Anyone else feeling this way????
If you don't go, maybe you could do videos about "Our Top 10 Fave XXX" or "Tips on How to XXX" so you can still talk Disney without being there. I know I'd watch these types of videos for sure!!!So, if we don't go we will lack Disney content, which is what our channel is all about. If we do go, will you all be interested in seeing all the changes Disney implements first hand?
I haven't, but I really, really want to! And also a VIP tour - you packed in SO much!!!If you have never done a DAH, I highly recommend them
I miss you too Caroline!!!What a fun day for you all! I forgot Lesley was with you all until the pictures! Miss you all!
How nice to get the same tour guide, he was awesome!
I know, right!!!!You are very lucky to get to go on another tour. What an awesome day you had.
I was the worst pilot EVER!!!! I had no idea what I was doing. LOL!I was left pilot on Millenium Falcon and I was terrible. DH did a great job as right pilot. The only good thing was that the family in our group didn't speak English and had no idea that I was a terrible pilot.
We just have really low expectations for July.YES!!! I want to go back so badly... especially since my AP will expire at some point...
OMG!!! That's what all 4 of our kids said!!!!If you don't go, maybe you could do videos about "Our Top 10 Fave XXX" or "Tips on How to XXX" so you can still talk Disney without being there. I know I'd watch these types of videos for sure!!!
We did so much in January and March, so it will be nice to be a little more laid back in July. We plan on lounging at the pool and drinking a lot. LOL!I haven't, but I really, really want to! And also a VIP tour - you packed in SO much!!!
I used to love having the odd Brandy Alexander but haven’t had one in years now. Must remedy that just as soon as I get to leave the house and go to the pub againYour Guinness Bailey's Ice Cream looks amazing. I love ice cream drinks. We used to go to super clubs in Wisconsin where they would make a Brandy Alexander using ice cream. It was so good. I'll have to try the Bailey's drink some day.
How nice is that!Hi everyone! So, Joe and I were up very early, after very little sleep, but for a very good reason. We were also checking out of All-Star Movies and waiting for our room ready text from Port Orleans French Quarter...So, why were we up so early after attending a very late after hours???? We were invited on a VIP Tour, our SECOND VIP tour!!! @chunkymonkey had invited Joe and me on another tour a few weeks back with a much smaller group of DIS friends. This is why we had 3 different resorts booked. In the original plans, we were going back to St Pete for the day and then driving back over to Disney on Sunday. Since the invite, it made more sense to skip St Pete and stay in Disney...
You really couldn't ask for a better morning at HS!First things first, we were all able to get a Boarding Group for RotR!!!! I'll spare everyone the details of this part, but everyone was super excited about this. Joe and I couldn't believe we were getting to ride this again for the second time in 6 weeks. We were also able to ride: TSMM, SDD, Smuggler's Run, Mickey Minnies Runaway Railway x2 (this was the most exciting part of the entire tour for us, since it had just opened a few days before our arrival) and some of us (not me) rode RnRC. We were starting off this VIP with a BANG!!! Oh, and let me say...MMRR is the cutest ride EVER and Joe and I fell in love with it.
I love Satuli but haven't tried that dessert yet. must put it on the list! After HS, we loaded up the van and drove over to AK. We rode Flight of Passage and stopped for lunch at Satu'li Canteen. This was a much-needed break and it was nice to sit in the air conditioning and enjoy spending some quiet time chatting and eating with our friends. I had the cheeseburger pods and Joe had a steak bowl. We shared the blueberry dome dessert, our absolute fav dessert at Disney currently. Sorry the food pics are the wrong way...
You two are living life right! It was now time to head over to our last park of the day, Magic Kingdom. We rode BTMRR and 7DMT. We were also able to get a Zoom shot in front of Cinderella's Castle, which I thought was extremely cool. It was then time for us to say our goodbyes and Jon gave each of us a beautiful Minnie VIP pin to compliment the Mickey VIP pin he gave us back in May. Chunkydust, Joe, and I took a Minnie van back to the BWR, thanked our hostess again for such a special day, and Joe and I made the drive over to POFQ. We had to stop at the front desk because we never received our room ready text. Once that was straightened out after a little bit of a wait, we drove over to Building 7, where we had another River View room. We freshened up, unpacked briefly, and were right back out the door again. WHY?? We had more big plans for the evening...
Completely agree! I am going to have to get an AP next August when I finally go back to make up for all the Disney time I've missed!YES!!! I want to go back so badly... especially since my AP will expire at some point...
My fav drink is a vodka martini, extra olives.I used to love having the odd Brandy Alexander but haven’t had one in years now. Must remedy that just as soon as I get to leave the house and go to the pub again
It was such an awesome day!How brilliant that you got to go in another VIP tour and even better that it was with all your dis friends. Sounds amazing!
This is the BEST dessert EVER!!!I love Satuli but haven't tried that dessert yet. must put it on the list!
It was really such an awesome day. Finally caught up! It was so much fun getting to hang out together on that VIP tour (aww, happy memories)! I hope Gia is doing better!
Aww! Thanks, Kari!!!! I think Ariane did one with her TA.Still not bitter or jealous at all that you've gotten to go on two VIP tours and Ariane and I are still batting a big fat zilcho . Really, really I just could not be happier for you
Great report! You certainly made good time!
Seriously, January and March were crazy busy. It'll be nice to slow down a bit in July. Joe and I have both agreed that our park time will be limited as there's no way we can wear masks outside in the Florida heat. I think a lot of people will have the same feelings once they give it a go...What a fun day! I have to admit I'm exhausted just reading about it.

Grrrrrr!!!!!Aww! Thanks, Kari!!!! I think Ariane did one with her TA.
All this new info came out last night and to me, it's just more bad news...For instance, you can't go to another resort just to visit or check it out. You will only be allowed in if you are staying there or have a dining reservation. No Minnie vans. No Electrical Water Pagent. It's just a big list of no's. So, this trip should be very interesting...I'm looking forward to hearing your take on the parks after your trip. We're scheduled to go October 8th-11th and I'm really hoping things are better by then.
