Sorry, I don’t have any good answers here. You could try contacting them via email but just FYI, they’re generally pretty slow to respond, people with issues for Marathon Weekend have had some trouble getting through. Think they just have a lot on their plate at the moment.

I know I have seen some people that ran the 5k have gotten their stuff (and it was shipped separately from people who did 5k+challenge), but the challenge/10k/half I haven't seen much (maybe 1 or 2) as far as postings about receiving them yet.

My understanding is that they started shipping December 1st, so given the holidays and all give it til 1/10 before reaching out
