California Grill - September 5th
So sorry that the major updates have been few and far between!
It is very hot here (about 100 with the humidity) and that can really drain you!
For tonight, I will review the California Grill
Firstly, we weren't able to get Ron as our server
but we ended up with another fantastic server, Roberto!
Our table was right by the window, in the section behind the lounge.
We started out with some sushi:
Two shrimp tempura rolls and One spicy kazan roll

As usual, Yoshie's sushi was divine! (We will be back tomorrow night, just for sushi
)
Wonderful sourdough bread with sea salted butter
I had the Pork Tenderloin and Goat Cheese Polenta
As always, this was fantastic and the polenta seemed extra creamy
DMom had a double portion of the Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli
DDad and I were lucky that she shared with us
DDad had the Crispy Rock Shrimp Salad and the Lobster Salad
At the end of the evening, Roberto brought us a slice of rich chocolate cake and three glasses of champagne in celebration of DMom and DDad's anniversary
We were wayyy too full to even consider dessert, but we plan to try a few tomorrow night!
All in all it was another wonderful meal at the California Grill. It remains one of our favorite restaurants on WDW property!
