What restaurant (sit-down) have you frequented the most in your life?

Mostly local independent restaurants.

For a sit down chain place, maybe Ruby Tuesday.

The place I've visited over the longest stretch of time is a South Jersey institution called Ponzios. It's been there for over 50 years

I grew up about 2 miles from Ponzios. My best friend in high school was the hostess there!

I don't think I knew Jose Tejas was a chain

I only knew about the two Jose Tejas' in NJ, one in Woodbridge one in Wayne area. Didn't realize they were associated with a Border Cafe chain.
Looks like there's only 3 in MA
