Today I am in a 50's mood, so I am listening to Sirius Gold at the office. What's everybody else listening to?

The theme to Sponge Bob, Matt has his tv so loud, it is all I can hear!!

I'm about to move this excitement from the kitchen to my office, and put Grumpier Old Men on the DVD as a background. Not too bad a way to run the work day.

My 21 month old screaming in the background and yelling for me...Mom, Mom, MOOOOOOM!!

Radio Margarittaville on Sirius. Can you tell where my head is????

We have a great local station..Doug FM. They play a mix of everything...oldies/rock/county/top 40. That's what I usually listen to.

Today however, I am watching the Olympics.:thumbsup2

At work listening to country radio. However, I WISH I was at the shore listening to the waves crashing on the beach....;)

AC/DC is playing right now - I love hard rock. Must be the combat arms in me! :cool1:

Hooah!

I have become quite the "smooth jazz" fan the past few years. My son has an Ipod so we have iTunes. I like to make my own custom CDs with smooth jazz songs. Dave Koz, 3rd Force, Mark Antoine, and others most folks have never even heard of.

Some other mainstream names I have in the CD player are Steve Winwood, Phil Collins, and Hall & Oates. If I'm not listening to CDs, I usually have talk shows like Rush or Clark Howard.

For those who aren't aware, check out www.pandora.com. It's a really cool site that's like having your own personal radio station.

At work, I listen to EVERYTHING, cept crap (rapp). And I do mean everything from Disney to Dean martin to country to hard rock. It's all good,,, cept crap (rapp).

After having Sirius for almost 2 years I could never go back to terrestrial radio. The ability to travel anywhere in the country and not have to change the channel is big for me. I listen to more radio than I watch TV.
The merger isnt going to affect me much since I like what I have and dont want to expand (read, spend more)

I have XM and love it. Can't wait for the merger and get the Elvis channel too.

love my xm radio....hate the merge...i don't want Howard Stern on the radio I'm paying for..that means I'm paying him....grrrrrrrrrrrr:mad:

I dont even know what channel Stern is on, its easy to ignore him, just like I would ignore any other immature, moronic porn junky.
From what I read on the Sirius site, I could just keep what I had at the price I was paying, thats fine with me.

70's on 7 on XM ("It's not AM, it's not FM, it's XM radio"). Whoa, that takes me back to my childhood. I was born in '64 and remember all those groovy tunes and rock songs on the AM radio while riding the school bus. :hippie:
