While this site is mostly WDW orientated, there are also forums for Disneyland and Disneyland Paris. But I have noticed there is no forum for Tokyo Disney?

I think that if a poll were conducted there would be enough interest for one. Besides, there seems to be forums for every subject imaginable here. There's even one for grieving. I don't understand it, but hey, whatever makes people happy.
A mod doesn't necessarily have to have complete knowledge of the forum they are moderating. Their only job is to enforce your community rules, which has nothing to do with whether or not they know what the Keiyo Line is.

Moderators that know the specifics of the topic of the forum are desirable but ultimately irrelevant in the end. There will always be posters who are as knowledgeable, if not moreso, that are able to answer other poster's questions.Our moderators are not like moderators you may find on other discussion boards.
